heya good morning to ya...
We had a small tornado here yesterday......man it was some rough wind..took out power lines....new construction on a big outlet shop beside walmart..it took down a lot of the block walls....

I hope everyone is ok.... would love to see a live tornado....but from a distance

yeah..I am probably 2 miles away and the wind was terrible..I could imagine..hehe..

they said it even ripped buggie holders from the parking lot a walmart and slammed them on cars..they were bolted to the pavement..

Solak it is some better....I ruptured a disc back in dec 03 and its give me a hard time since..
Every time I over do it out on the job site I get down a couple of days....
The pain is there but not near as bad as last week.....
