The case was confirmed in Hamilton County. It involves a 21-year-old male student who commutes to the University of Northwestern Ohio, according to a press release from the health department. The student is recuperating at home. "At this point, we are working with our community to limit the spread of the disease," Allen County Health Commissioner David Rosebrock said in the press release.
