Well, racechaser, they started banking the north end the last race of the season. Don't know if they done any more or brought in clay. Did you hear anything yet skinnykenny???

Bringing in clay will kill their sprint car racing. Alot of the sprints are 305's or some other combination. Those guys will have lots of trouble beatin the 410's and 360's if it gets tacky and fast with new clay.

That's not totally right the 305's have always had the upper hand because the track dries out but with the tight turn they still have a better chance in the corner unlike at Lima where the corners are wider. [This message has been edited by B-RAD RACING SUPPLIES (edited 01-22-2006).]

I just drove by the track last night. I didn't see any changes to the banking yet.....but they did change the track exit. It looks like it's more of a gradual exit starting from turn 2. The dirt had a reddish tint to it but I don't know if it was clay or just wet. I'm not a dirt/clay expert by any means.....I just drive =) They did have a grader and a pan sitting out there though, but that could've been from the work on the track exit. Either way....I'll be there.
