That was one long A-Main! I only need two new bumbers, both rear quarters, side skirts, right front a-arm, right side tie rods, and a new distributor cap....not bad as some others I guess. That was one messed up A-Main! It can only get better because it can't get any worse....I hope.
Derek....what happened to you? I know that 9c crashed, 7 crashed, I crashed, and more but I didn't see what happend to you. I still managed to finish 6th with 2 inched of toe out on the right front...lucky I guess.

We were running 5th and I dont even know who it was but the person in 3rd spun in front of us and I had no where to go. It felt like I had a right rear flat so I pulled off. Come to find out nothing was flat. I think it was from all the mud. I need a new core support, front fender, re-attach the bed and fix the bed side as good as possible. Just got it torn apart and luckly I dont think it touched any suspension parts. No reason to fix it too good, this is the second week in a row we have had to do some repair work. I think we ran over 50 laps and didnt even get to finish it.

Hey I wanted to ask if it would be alright to run your carb one more week. I just received the shipper id and my new one is due to arrive June 12th. Let me know and if you need it then I'll take it off and bring it to you. If you need anything else just let me know, I have a few extra items.

Let me check with dad to see if he is going to have anyone else drive the truck. Neither of us will be able to race the next two weeks. I will get ahold of ya if we need it.

We'll be back this week also thanks the Derek and his dad again. I just hope people actually drive like they belong on the track this time.....thay have county fair events that would better suit the way a couple of people were driving last week....lol. Oh well....it's racing I guess. Good luck to all again.

Dan I was talking to a person that was there Saturday. Is it true that the 22 truck took out nine trucks in the races Saturday and three trucks the week before. Did they do anything to the driver or not. I bet they will let it go and say its a starter class and there will be some beating and banging going on out there and if I was one of the trucks that got knocked out from this truck I would learn to be a new driver the next week and bump back.

Tim....you know that I'm not much for pointing out people too much but yes the 22 truck had a couple of issues. He spun me twice and one time I hit the wall along with two other trucks......the other two couldn't continue. The other guys were really upset at him and made it pretty clear that they were. As for me, I just chalk that up as experience and log it in my memory banks.....know what I mean. Yea the track said that he is a new driver and they need to give him a chance. It just costs a lot to keep replacing parts on your truck to run for $170 a week. That is the biggest problem I think, some of these guys don't actually have to foot the bill or do the week to week work on their trucks......well I have to do it all myself and it adds up.
