SCHLS Picks and Current Point Standings

Ok guys, welcome. The little known SCHLS (Stock Car Hot Lap Series) has been up and running for the past few weeks here, and kept under wraps as the final details were hammered out via the promoters, but heres how this works. If any of your picks make it past a hot lap session in the upcoming weeks, you get 10 points. (So were not looking too good as of late because the SCHLS is completely devoted to hot lap session racing only, and invites mother nature along to each event). Bonus points will be rewarded for nearly wadding up race cars in hotlaps, smoking like a freight train in hotlaps, popping tires, wall shots, ect. We currently have 3 weeks in, so heres how the top 10 in the standings stack up. 1. Tim Cole-185+10 points for smoke this week 2. James Kepling-179+10 points for Tony Pedregon Reaction Time on caution light 3. Kevin Gossard-178+5 points for motor intimidation 4. Jeff Koz-163+10 for having an excellent looking car 5. Chris Douglas-160+10 for showing up this week 6. Keith Ralston-154 -10 for Japan Disaster Prices 7. Tony Anderson-130+20 for making the haul for the past 2 rain outs 8. Michael Brookes-127+40 for smoke and black flag dimentia 9. Bill Reimund-122 - 10 for not allowing us to slip him a 20 to throw a race for us to win 10. Sam Bodine-121+10 for being a distant relation for the Bodines from NASCAR Currently sponsorship deals are being worked out, but 1st place will recieve a very nice shiney 3/8" 2 inch long bolt/lockwasher/lock nut combo kit. 2nd Place will recieve a 1/4" 1.5 inch long bolt/lockwasher/lock nut combo kit. 3rd place will recieve a single 1/4" lock nut. funny! I think every one is so sick of all this rain all you can do is laugh. Except for the gas money wev'e spent we have been to a race track 7 times now and gotten 2 and 1/2 races in. Too bad last night 40 Mods, 41 Sprints , over 120 cars total would have been a great show
